EPIC Thought of The Day - Volume 2: Presentation Personality & Own The Zone

EPIC Thought of The Day – Own The Zone Introduction

You know when you are standing in front of an audience and you are speaking to a group, be it three people, five people, ten people, a hundred… what does your body language say about you?

Or, maybe you’re in a board room, you’re in a meeting room or you’re in a small auditorium or a large auditorium. What is your body language saying about you to your audience?

You know some of the latest research that has come out that says people form an accurate first impression in as little as one three hundredths of a second. You can spend weeks getting ready for your presentation… weeks learning the head stuff, the words…I call this the 7% factor.

Here’s the kicker, 93% of the impact that you are going to make on this audience is going to be said with your body and your voice.

The sound of your voice, the actual words will not be as impacting as how your say those words and what you look like when you are speaking those words.

This is what we call that accurate first impression. What is the first impression that you make on your audience.

This is what we are going to be talking about in this next series of Epic thoughts. We’re going to talk about Owning The Presentation Zone.

We are going to talk about your body language and how you use the space around you effectively.

I’ve got a challenge for your right here, right now…

The next time you are sitting with a client or talking to a group of people and you are talking about your business. I challenge you to own that space… and if you don’t know how to own it, then we are going to show you how over the next four EPIC Thougfhts.
